It was ok. The customer service was good and they got our order right which is always a good thing. They were out of straws so we had to ask for some but they immediately got us some. The floors were sticky making me think they're not using clean mop water. The food was good in the beginning but towards the end it seemed gross. The chips were stale and hard to chew. We ordered cheese fries but the cheese they used peed off in one piece and fell off the fries. Obviously extremely processed. I'd go back if I had to but I don't plan on it.

When we walked in the door we were greeted immediately even before we got to the register. I had never been to a Wayback's before so the person at the register explained the different types of burgers. He was very helpful and friendly. The person that cooked our food brought it over and was very pleasant. Food was good. Only issue I had was the place was freezing. Everyone that walked in said it was very cold in there. :) So bring your sweater just in case they keep it that temperature all the time. Excellent customer service. Employees were exceptional. Great food.

My wife and I have only tried this location once, but it was more than enough. We got there when there was an hour left to close and were treated to unpleasant employees trying to shoo us away. Our order was taken as if they really hoped we would decide not to eat there, then the food was bland and processed. Nothing special and especially not worth the price. We ordered Sweet Tea, but the Tea was rotten from sitting out all day and when we advised the employees of it the manager told us oh well because its too late for him to care. This might be true, but the attitute and response was off putting. We won't be back, and I can't recommend that you waste your time either. Five Guys burgers is just down the street and much more bang for your buck.

If fast food that is processed is your pleasure, you will enjoy. All others stay away. The veggie burger I had was very reminiscent of a frozen boca burger which I could've purchased at the nearby publix and saved a wad of money. The fries I tasted were tasteless and soggy, the 14 yo grandson didn't even finish his and that boy is an eating machine! Overpriced fast food, two stars for clean and friendly. But I won't be back.

No greeting until the register, and, no, they weren't busy. Wife and I had same meal, so this is limited. Patty melt and onion rings. Onion rings were very good. Crisp and not oily. But, 4.99 for 8/9 medium rings and a drink was a $ too much. The little 2 tbsp cups of dipping sauce were thin and definitely not worth .60 each. The patty melt - great texture in the meat patties, fair quantity, just over cooked - sadly a chain fault all too often. A bun turned inside out and grilled is not sourdough bread - disappointed. A tbsp of chopped onions on the grill top for two minutes is not "grilled onions" - disappointed. 1000 isle dressing runny and tasteless. The choc chip cookie, 3rd party, was good. Sign on exit door says "See you on the Wayback". Not for $24. they won't. $18 would be more reasonable - if they fixed some things.

I was giving an estimate nearby and figured give it a shot. The service was fast. I ordered a large chocolate shake cheese burger and fries. The shake was very good. It was served in steel mixing glass which was a good touch. The cheese burger was good but not great. I think had I ordered it with two patties it would have been better. Fries were good but not great as well. All in all a good spot for lunch. I would come again.

Best burger I have had in a long time. The food is fresh, simple, and delicious, it isn't the fastest food but it is worth the wait for a great cooked to order burger. I am so glad there is a quality burger place in the area, I will be coming back!

Went back for a beef burger. Way better than veggie or turkey burger but way way full grease. It started to drip down my arm so I didn't eat it all. I ordered onion rings and they were ok but for $4 and you get 8 rings with 4 tablespoons of sauce I wish they would have gave me more rings and less sauce it was a big waste cost wise for them... I am sure onion rings are way cheaper to make then the special way back sauce. Idk but plus side they have beer on tap and make milkshakes. Neither of which I had. I don't think I will go back but it's not terrible just too much grease for me I prefer five guys they have fresh jalapeños and you get tons of fries

Just found this place on our way to another and tried it. I went with the burger of the month Chorizo Burger, slice of Chorizo between 2 beef patties and a special sauce. Very nice combo with Wayback Gold onion rings with a great dipping sauce. Wife and a single cheese burger and loved it, both came on very fresh buns. Next time we will try the fry's and see if they compare to 5 Guys fry's. Overall pleasant experience and someone came around passing out dollar off coupons for your next visit. We will be back for a dog and fry's next time.

Been here a few times. Has always been good and fast. Surprised they are not busy when I am here. Burgers are old school. Reminds me of the burgers I used to get in Southern Cal back in the 80's.

I was in the lehigh area visiting a friend and we just so happen to crave some burgers so she recommended this place and I've also heard of it on yelp so being I had the opportunity I thought I just might give it a try. It's nothing really extravagant just a chain type of place located in a strip mall. laid-back wasn't very busy but the burgers did look good. I ordered one with fries and also a milkshake which my friend also recommended .first few sips of the chocolate shake I was impressed very good rich and creamy something much better quality compared to Burger King or McDonald's and also the aluminum Tin cups with extra just like a diner ha ha. Then I tried the burger which was good cooked perfectly I could compare it to a steak and shake type of meat patty.and to the french fries that I wasn't really too much impressed with the fries to me lacked flavor. Leaving I was please with my meal but I think I will skip on the french fries next time and maybe order the onion rings they looked better.

Food was delicious. You order and in less then 10 minutes you have it ready to eat! More then satisfied with the flavor, the service was perfect. They even have a TV inside to watch some sporting events. Highly recommend this place!

The decor is very cute, and the restaurant appeared very clean. The staff, and whom I think was the owner were very pleasant. For what was served, the prices were quite high. The burgers were swimming in grease, as were the onion rings. I had the blue cheese chicken sandwich, which was fried compressed flat chicken, there was no blue cheese on it, very little sauce of any kind, and the slice of tomato was paper thin and about the size of a quarter. It was quite tasteless. We shared a drink. Two sandwiches, onion rings and one drink was well over $20.00. We were very disappointed and will not return.
